We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $100 we offer Standard Ground shipping. Free returns are provided on all domestic orders.
How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Shipped?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm PST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm PST are shipped the following business day.
EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 12pm PST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.
Returns
14 Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 14 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. These terms do not apply to international orders. Unfortunately do to the high cost of return shipping, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on international orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.
When Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
